Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Stream Jr, including the Stream Jr website, web app, mobile apps, and related services. Stream Jr is operated by Process Konsult, LLC. By using Stream Jr, you agree to these Terms.

Parent-managed service. Stream Jr is designed for families and children as managed by parents, guardians, or other authorized adults. Adults are responsible for configuring child profiles and deciding what YouTube videos and channels are appropriate for their children.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms to create or manage an adult account. Adults may create family, school, therapy, organization, or similar supervised accounts; invite other adults; create local child profiles; invite Google- or Apple-enabled child profiles; and configure child settings.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of adult PINs and credentials, and for all activity under your account. You may not create an adult account for a child or misrepresent your identity or authority to manage an account.

2. Parent and guardian responsibility

Stream Jr provides tools that help adults review, approve, block, and manage access to YouTube videos and channels. Stream Jr does not replace parental judgment. Adults are solely responsible for deciding whether a video, channel, category, search setting, watch limit, or account setting is appropriate for a child.

You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to your family, child, student, client, device, school, organization, professional role, or location.

3. Relationship to YouTube and Google

Stream Jr is not YouTube, Google, or an official YouTube Kids product. Stream Jr uses Google sign-in, YouTube API Services, YouTube playback surfaces, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and related platform services to provide app functionality.

YouTube videos, channels, thumbnails, metadata, playback, availability, restrictions, and policies are controlled by YouTube, Google, content owners, and applicable law. YouTube content may change, become unavailable, fail to play, be removed, or be subject to embedding, licensing, regional, age, account, or device restrictions.

Your use of YouTube and Google services may also be governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and other applicable Google or YouTube policies.

4. Permitted use

You may use Stream Jr only for lawful family, household, school, therapy, organization, or similar supervised child access management purposes.

You agree not to:

Use Stream Jr to violate any law, third-party right, platform rule, or YouTube policy.
Download, copy, redistribute, sell, re-host, or modify YouTube videos through Stream Jr.
Attempt to bypass Stream Jr parental controls, account protections, access decisions, or daily watch limits.
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk export data from Stream Jr or YouTube through Stream Jr.
Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, attack, or disrupt Stream Jr or related services.
Share adult credentials, PINs, or account access with unauthorized users.
Use Stream Jr to harass, exploit, harm, or endanger any person.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Stream Jr may offer free access, trials, promotional access, paid subscriptions, or other paid features. Subscription and payment options may be processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe, or another payment provider.

If you purchase through an app store or payment provider, that provider's terms, billing rules, cancellation process, and refund policies apply. Refund requests should be submitted through the payment provider used for the purchase unless we provide a direct billing option with separate refund instructions. We may change pricing, plans, features, or availability after providing any notice required by applicable law or platform rules.

6. Notifications and communications

Stream Jr may send emails, push notifications, and in-app messages related to account invites, access requests, approvals, blocks, time-limit requests, account security, subscriptions, and service updates. You can control some notification settings through your device or browser.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using Stream Jr, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

Stream Jr, including its software, design, branding, logos, and service features, is owned by Process Konsult, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Stream Jr or any third-party content to you.

YouTube videos, channels, trademarks, and related content remain owned by their respective owners. Stream Jr does not grant you rights to YouTube content beyond the rights provided by YouTube and applicable law.

9. Changes to Stream Jr

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also limit or discontinue parts of the service, including integrations with third-party services, if those services change, restrict access, become unavailable, or create security, policy, legal, or operational concerns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Stream Jr if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, misused the app, failed to pay applicable fees, or if continued access would create legal, security, platform, or operational risk.

You may stop using Stream Jr at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at info@processkonsult.com.

11. Disclaimers

Stream Jr is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that Stream Jr will identify or block every inappropriate video, channel, search term, or item of content. We do not guarantee that YouTube search results, metadata, videos, channels, playback, or third-party services will always be accurate, available, appropriate, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Process Konsult, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, content unavailability, or unauthorized access, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Stream Jr will not exceed the amount you paid to Stream Jr for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you did not pay for the service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Process Konsult, LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of Stream Jr, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your account activity, or your decisions about child profiles and content access.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you may have under applicable law, courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or Stream Jr.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of Stream Jr after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
